If you are new to yoga and would like to drop in to one of our wonderful classes, we invite you to try any of our beginner classes or classes focused for all levels.

If you have a particular goal or health concern in mind, consider a consultation before your first class.  And always inform your instructor at the beginning of class on how you may be feeling that day. For our body, no day is ever the same and we honor that.

Yoga has proven numerous health benefits, including healing anxiety and depression, reducing back and joint pain, insomnia, respiration and weight loss.  Studies have shown that yoga enhances the emotional and physical well-being of cancer patients and current studies are researching the mind/body connection in their patients which they are developing through yoga and guided meditation practices.
