One on One Yoga Training allows the recipient to learn and feel the movements of yoga.  Geared for people with all different goals.  Whether you have never tried yoga, and searching to learn to do it without injury or looking to find a low impact challenging workout, a one-on-one is made for you.

Beginner Yoga! 

Afraid to try yoga? Afraid of what people will think of you in the poses? Don't want to start out in a class?  Contact us to set up a time with one of our amazing instructors who will take you one-on-one or semi-privately through the basic postures. Allowing you to feel confident approaching your mat and exploring a new world of yoga in a group setting!!  The private lessons are GREAT options for beginners so you can ask questions and have an hour catered to you and your individual needs.  It will prepare you to adjust positions that are right for your body!
