Just starting out?

People try Yoga for a multitude of reasons: Stretching tight muscles, a work out with stretching, or for the healing & Meditation aspects & don’t want to put their head upside down or weight on their hands! Below you will see the different options for what you are looking for! Whether you want to check out a “FLOW” style class, or you want to come to yoga because your doctor recommended it for stress, coping, or an injury. REMEMBER! Yoga is all about YOU, choosing the right class may take time & finding your comfort zone may take a few tries, don’t give up!!

Sundays 5:30 PM Yoga for You

The $5 classes are good for those interested in trying yoga and are welcome to people of all levels in class (they are flow style with core work & muscle engagement)
