Part 2: we will be focusing on breathing exercises, breathe benefits, meditation, intentions & yoga terminology you may hear!

YOGA can assist in all aspects of life - whether wanting to increase your range of motion, better your sports performance, decrease your stress levels, increase your productivity, focus, strengthen, tone, relax and rejuvenate - there are so many different types of yoga out there for you!

Join Heather Quintal: Founder of the Yoga Room, Norwell, MA. Rasamaya(R) Barre Certified, with Carrie Tyler. Yoga Certifies, YTT-200 with Michelle Fleming. Reiki I&II Cert, with Jodi Rhem & Katie Malloy Ramasi, Thai Massage Cert 1 & 2 with Carolyn Cohen. Student of Guru Babaji of the Sonoma Ashram, CA. Currently obtaining a yoga for cancer certification, and studying to be a Holistic Health Practitioner. By day, Heather works for her grandparent’s businesses in Weymouth & Hingham!

Join Heather for this 90 minute class filled with strength offerings and mindful movement as we break down the base of inversions while diving into chaturanga, and then continue working on inversions with more difficult versions of the basics!!

The meaning of yoga is not about the handstands or touching your toes, its about what you learn on the way down.
